28th November 2005. Ministry of Internal brings decision: 511-01-75-UP/I-6511/2-05 in which grants jobs of humanitarian demining to "Istrazivac" ltd.
Croatian center for demining 17th February 2006 brings valuation of competence for conducting jobs of humanitarian demining in which stands that "Istrazivac" is official and legal company for humanitarian demining and searching by manually detecting, and on day 26th May 2006 company "Istrazivac" receives valuation of competence in which stands that company is capable of conducing jobs of searching and demining with specially designed machines for demining.
Company "Istrazivac" ltd. complies to all regulations related to jobs of searching and demining, and uses eqipment (machines and technical stuff, protective equipment) which is fully tested and certified from responsible centres and and complies with technical and safety standards, and of course owns full documentation about this.
Equipment is used and protected as in the newest regulations and instructions, we regurarly conduct examination, maintenace, and functional tests.
From the day of founding, company has handled big amount of project (3.880.747 m²), and has necessary work-permit for local and international markets.
On 23rd January 2008 company "Istrazivac" has received decision from Croatian Ministry of Internal (Board for inspections and legal jobs) in which "Istrazivac" is approved to conduct job od mining while demining. In standard operative processes, several things have been agreed: minimal requirements while conducting jobs related to destroyning mines, similar explosive tools and their parts which are found while doing humanitarian demining, responsible personel for destroying certain materials, sever types of records (like instructed in Croatian law), ways of goods procuration and transit of explosive materials needed for destroying mines, explosive materials and their parts.
On 1st October 2008 " Istraživač" ltd. Nustar, has recieved CERTIFICATE ISO 9001:2000 from Bureau Verita, in activities - JOBS OF HUMANITARIAN DEMINING, which confirmts that full audit of our company has been conducted, and that compatibility with the norms has been determined.
"Istrazivac" ltd, currently employs 44 workers, 32 of them are pyrotechnic workers, 4 of them are auxiliary workers in humanitarian demining, apropos machine handling personel, 2 doctors, 2 medical technicians, te 4 workers in administration, with 2 from logistics department. All our workers possess Credential from area of work-protect, issued from official department - "Institute for security improving" Osijek.
